Right of Cancellation

If you are not satisfied with the product or if you change your mind about the purchase, in accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you can request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

To request a return, please email us at [email protected], including your full name and order number.

Important:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
  • After approval of the return request, you will need to send the product to the address provided by Shaw's Sneaker Shop.
  • The product will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.

Refund:

  • The refund will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned product.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase:
    • Credit Card: Refund to the card issuer.
    • Paypal: Refund directly to the buyer's bank account.
  • The refund will be made only to the account holder who has the same SSN provided at the time of purchase.
  • There are no additional costs for the refund.

Defective Product

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you can request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

To request a return of a defective product, email us at [email protected], including your full name, order number, and details about the defect (photos or videos are helpful).

Refund Procedure:

  • After reviewing the defect, you can choose to receive a refund.
  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase, with no additional costs.

Return Procedure

1. Return for Cancellation:

  • Request the return within 7 days after receiving the product.
  • After approval, you will receive a return authorization code by email. Use this code to post the product at a local post office.
  • We recommend using the original packaging or a suitable box to protect the product during transit.
  • The product must be returned with all items that were in the original packaging.

2. Return for Defect:

  • Report the defect within 30 days of receipt.
  • Send the product to the address indicated by Shaw's Sneaker Shop.

3. How to Return:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, and with all accessories.
  • Post the product at any post office. There will be no charge for the return.

4. Time to Complete the Process:

  • The time to complete the return process is 30 calendar days from the date we receive the product at our distribution center.
